WINNING: Winners of massage tables will be notified via their email address with the announcement: “YOU WON A MASSAGE TABLE PACKAGE FROM CUSTOM CRAFTWORKS ” Winners must respond via e-mail or phone at 1-800-627-2387 to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 90 days will be forfeited. The maximum number of massage table prizes awarded in any calendar year will be 12. Limit one massage table winner per family. The massage table will be shipped to the winner. The winner can select from a group of products of equal value from Custom Craftworks. Custom Craftworks will provide a list of available choices. Custom Craftworks will pay up to $50.00 in shipping to deliver the product to the winner. Any additional domestic and international shipping charges, duties, taxes and sales taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
